We take pride in educating couples and families on evidence-based, holistic, and natural ways to encourage conception, prepare for a healthy pregnancy/postpartum, and access to local resources (fertility specialists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, other body workers, naturopaths, support groups, and more). We are a trauma-informed practice that can provide the safe space and patience you may be looking for to guide you through difficulty with intimacy, body dysmorphia, and other challenges that may be affecting your success and/or confidence in starting or continuing to grow your family. These sessions can be individual or with both partners depending on specific needs.
