At Moon and Stars Therapy we believe every family deserves to feel nurtured and empowered during their journey from family planning/fertility, to pregnancy/birth/postpartum, and child development. Our services focus on two specific populations: Moon mamas and little ones known lovingly as shining stars.
Moon Mamas
Holistic and evidenced-based approach to supporting women through overall pelvic and mental health in preparation for pregnancy, as well as, the physical and emotional challenges of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period (spanning the 2 years following birth).
Shining Stars
Pediatric services focused on supporting a child’s development; including but not limited to sensory regulation, bodywork, feeding difficulties, sleep, developmental milestones, and overall well-being.
